Documentary resources in the training of teachers in the Congolese educational system.
This project is a reflection on access to information and to scientific and educational documentation made available to teachers for quality education.
Access to documentation must play an important role in the training of teachers and in the educational development of learners.
Despite the high level of school attendance rates (80%), the Congolese educational system still does not provide its teachers and learners structures adapted to their needs. This project triggers a reflection on the availability of documentary resources and educational materials to allow master trainers to ensure quality training of students.
The social value of this project is to put a platform (in the form of a document portal) into place that will make documentary resources available online. The structure of the documents will be adapted to teachers’ needs. Documents will be filed by theme and type of work adapted to teachers’ expectations. Indexed resources will be free.
The challenge of this shared educational support platform is to encourage the dissemination of information and valorization of educational materials.
