About the project Edit

Enhancing relations is a practice that exists in many ethnic groups, clans and individuals from different generations.

In what ways is this project unique and creative? Edit

Enhancing relations is a unique practice that ensures that no word or behaviour offends and that no blood is spilled which is the most important thing. It is the only way that a clan or a family can address insults, tease another clan or family without offending anyone.

What is the social value of this project? Edit

Enhancing relations helps resolve a lot of conflicts. It helps relax the atmosphere when there is a death and helps prevent pathological grief from coming out. It resolves social crises since people do not get annoyed with an enhanced relative and when a family or clan is in conflict, it is their enhanced relative who must be the catalyst of conciliation.

What is the potential of this project to expand and develop? Edit

Enhancing relations has a great potential for expansion in most western African countries. It is practiced in Burkina Faso between the Bobo and the Peulh, the Bissa and the Gournounsi , the Mossi and the San. It is also called Sinankunya in Mali, Toukpè in the Ivory Coast, Kal with the Wolof in Senegal. It is expressed across cultures and does not require a complex protocol or cost.

What was the triggering factor of this project? Edit

Black people’s desire for peace after several armed conflicts.

What is the business model of this project? Edit

Social cohesion, stability, development vectors and social well-being.
